Onix Liceo Hotel - Barcelona

The location was perfect! The breakfast in the hotel was very good, small selection but everything you need in the morning. The hotel staff was very friendly.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Absence of a safe deposit box in the room. Additional fees for central locker.

nice courtyard with pool and sunbeds. Coffee, water and fruit for free. Entrance door with access control. Very good breakfast.

Double bed desired, get two single beds moved together. The Wlan was not good everywhere.

We loved the style of the hotel - clean, uncluttered, stylish, comfortable, and particularly liked the lounge/terrace, with coffee, water and apples available day and night (and by the way - I don't know any offensive language!)

A slight criticism of the bedroom layout - the unit containing the minibar was located at the end of the bed - totally in the way very useless. If this had been located between the window and the small desk area, it would not have been in the way, could have given some open shelves for popping things on. Likewise, the bedside floating shelves look fantanstic, but a little drawer underneath the shelf would be so useful. We stayed in the hotel for five nights - during that time the room becomes ones 'home' and these areas can make life so much more comfortable.

The breakfast was okay but the breakfast room was a disaster: the basement with a view of the bottom of the pool

The furniture was very depressing, everything was grey and in some corners a renovation would be urgently necessary

Great location, pleasantly hard mattress.

The shower was leaking and in general the bathroom was not in a very good condition.

Nice hot and above average breakfast with lovely coffee and scrambled eggs, as example, worth to decide on it.

Position is optimal for city touring

Rooms are quiete small and not well insoulated

Recommend for a date night

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a lovely walk-in shower and access to excellent coffee anytime in the lobby. It's just a 5-minute walk from Drassanes station.

Above average breakfast, I loved it. Booked a room with great views, and the staff were helpful and particularly helpful people from another receptionist. The perfect location was around 4-6 minutes walk from Rambla del Raval. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Barcelona.

Hotel had excellent location, was very clean, staff were friendly and spoke English, having free water and coffee in the foyer was an additional bonus.

Just found the room to be quite small & compact, however it was ok for a couple of nights.

It was just a proper fit for a transient visit in Barcelona with good price value. The breakfast offered a tasty variety of options including hot bacon and pastries, a pleasant surprise. Make sure to check the air conditioning before settling in.

Onix Liceo is in the heart of Barcelona, between two underground stations, with a very helpful staff and brand new design and furniture.

Nice and clear rooms, wonderful location near to Rambla and Metro stations.

Street side rooms are very noisy, problem with the AC system

The staff was super helpful, and the hotel is just a short walk from la rambla. My room was always at the perfect temperature, and i loved the sun terrace with a small plunge pool. They have free coffee in the lounge, a nice touch.
